Meet Our Next Clinic Instructor: Sheila Payne Rigelsky!
Sheila Payne Rigelsky
Sheila has been a passionate baton twirler since 1979 and is deeply involved in the NBTA organization. Over 16 years, she competed in local, regional, state, national, and world competitions, earning numerous accolades:
- One of 8 Goodwill Ambassadors to Peru
- College Miss Majorette of Texas
- International Show Twirl Champion
- International National Pageant Winner
- America’s Talent Winner
Sheila has also won multiple national, world open, regional, and state twirling and strutting championships, as well as regional and state Miss Majorette titles. She was the first-ever Feature Twirler for basketball at Texas A&M University, where she earned her BS in Tourism Management & Marketing.
Currently, Sheila instructs students from across the U.S. and judges at local, state, regional, and national levels. She is the Director of Texas Touch of Class Twirling Team, with her students winning many titles. She also hosts the Texas State Baton Twirling and Miss Majorette of Texas Competition.
